Marina Mariola Building
Right next to the Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá, in the heart of the Golden Mile and on the beachfront. These features make it one of the most sought-after buildings on Marbella’s Golden Mile.
This is a charming building with only five apartments. It stands out for the quality of its finishes and is located on the beach second line. Next to it we see the Senator Marbella Spa Hotel.
Urbanisation Alhambra del Mar (click on the title for more information)
This beachfront urbanisation has direct access to the promenade. It stands out for its landscape and architectural beauty. It was designed by the prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel.
Palacio de Congresos Building (click on the title for more information)
We find it just behind the Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá. This building is the most affordable option in this area if you want to enjoy sea views. On the second line of the beach next to the Senator Marbella Spa Hotel.
Gran Marbella Building (click on the title for more information)
Located between Don Gonzalo and Mare Nostrum, it is on the beachfront. It has direct access to the promenade. On the west side is the Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá.
Don Gonzalo Building (click on the title for more information)
This is the most luxurious building in the centre of Marbella. Its apartments and penthouses are very spacious. It has large gardens, swimming pool and is located just 50 metres from the beach.
Edificio Mare Nostrum (click on the title for more information)
It is located on the seafront and its terraces enjoy excellent panoramic views. Although it belongs to the Cipreses del Mar complex, it is separated from it by the road. Known as “the washing machine”.
Formed by the buildings Náyade, Poseidón and Nereida, this is one of the most exclusive complexes in Marbella centre. Its marble construction and spaciousness characterise this building with 24-hour concierge service. In second line of the beach.

This is one of the most sought after buildings in the centre of Marbella. With large communal areas, security and concierge service, it offers great value for money. Lots of gardens and a large communal swimming pool.
Located just behind the Palm Beach building and next to Marbella House. You will find the Fontanilla beach 100 metres away and many of the best restaurants, beach clubs and cafes.
Palm Beach Building
On the front line of the Fontanilla Beach, in the best area of Marbella’s promenade. On one side is the Palm Beach building and on the other the Happimag Resort Marbella.
This beachfront building has direct access to the promenade. The south-west orientation provides great luminosity to all the apartments and spectacular sunset views.
In its beginnings it was a highly valued aparthotel due to its exceptional beachfront location. The subsequent sale of the properties allowed many buyers to have access to a beachfront apartment.
Parque Marbella Building
It is located at the back of the Parque de la Constitución, just 150 metres from the beach. The building is in the shape of a cruise and is one of the most emblematic in the city.
Eden Roc is located on the seafront promenade. With the Playa del Faro beach to the south and the Parque de la Constitución to the north. To the west we can walk along the marble promenade towards the Golden Mile. There we have an impressive range of restaurants, beach clubs, cafes…).
Building Marbella 2000
Just opposite the marina, it offers multiple dining and entertainment options. We will be able to have dinner, a coffee or an ice cream in any of the nearby establishments.
We find the buildings Millenium I and II, in the middle of the promenade and in front of the Real Club Marítimo de Marbella. On one side we have the Playa de la Venus and on the other the Playa del Faro, the most popular beaches in the city.
Antonio Herrero Building
This building is located on the west side of the Avenida del Mar, of more recent construction than the neighbouring buildings. On the west side is Avenida Miguel Cano, a pedestrian street with the highest concentration of restaurants in the city.
This beachfront building is located in one of the busiest areas of the city. It is located in the middle of a pedestrian street, surrounded by restaurants, next to the promenade and opposite the marina.
Puerta del Mar Building
Behind the Marino building, this is the most northerly of the buildings along the Avenida del Mar. Directly opposite is the Alameda and the beach is only 100 metres away.
It is located in the second line, just behind the Solimar building. Right next to the Avenida del Mar, around it there are many restaurants and the Hotel El Fuerte. One of the best buildings to enjoy the active life in the centre of Marbella.
Located next to the Alameda, it has exceptional sea views. We can access the promenade and the marina in less than a minute.
Marbell Center Building
This is one of Marbella’s emblematic buildings, bordering another of them, the Hotel El Fuerte. The main street, Avenida Ricardo Soriano, runs along its north side. On the south side it is located on the beachfront, with magnificent views of the sea.
Torre Marina Building
This is one of the newest buildings in this area. With a more modern image, it stands out from the neighbouring buildings. There are several kilometres of promenade in both directions. On the ground floor of the building we find the Ochoa Clinic.
This building is located on the beachfront of La Venus, next to the Amare Beach Hotel, which belongs to the Fuerte Group Hotels. Next to this building you will find a wide range of restaurants. It has a communal swimming pool.
Puerta de Marbella Building
With its large terraces and U-shaped design, the Puerta de Marbella building is a large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Located 50 metres from the beach next to the old town, we will find everything we need. Just a leisurely five-minute stroll away.
Marbella del Mar Urbanisation
To the west of the Embajada building is Marbella del Mar, a complex on the beachfront with access to the promenade.
It is located on the front line of one of the most popular beaches in Marbella. We will be able to access from a staircase that goes down directly from the common areas of the building to the promenade.

It is located in the eastern part of the city centre, next to the Quirón Hospital. Being on the beachfront, the south facing apartments have stunning views of the sea and the fishing port.
