Living in a villa in Marbella, one of the best possible options to enjoy an exceptional quality of life. Whether in Marbella center, the Golden Mile, Marbella East or Nueva Andalucía, luxury villas are the preferred option for the most demanding.
With the outbreak of the pandemic, our priorities have changed. Many people were looking for apartments before and now they are looking for villas. Each type of property has its characteristics, with its strengths and weaknesses.
The possibility of enjoying outdoor life and taking advantage of 300 days of sunshine in Marbella are very important. But it is not the only thing that matters to buyers.
