March 25th 2014 | by Ginés GarcíaOne of the questions that most times is made by the people who are interested in living in Marbella Spain is what is the best area in Marbella? Some think the answer is very clear, but in reality it is not.
It depends by many factors, depending on the objectives that each one has in mind, it’s not the same to live occasionally, either in summer or vacation or just on weekends, that living throughout the year in our beautiful city.
In these cases are valued the characteristics of the house, of the building of the complex, of the urbanization, of the area or neighborhood where the property is located. Last but very important, the budget that we have, remember that Marbella offers a large number of properties including luxury houses.
Therefore depending on the needs of the person interested there are different areas to consider for what we could adapt the wide range of the city and its surroundings in order to find a home according to your wishes, located in the best area for the type of use that is performed.
If you are looking for living in Marbella center, in a very central apartment and close to the promenade, there are different options for all budgets, from spectacular and luxury complex with 24 hour security and in first-line beach, with private access to the beach next to the Hotel Gran Melia Don Pepe or cheaper in second line beach or apartments with sea views that need a little refurbishing, so there are many options along the coastline of Marbella center.
If you are looking for living in a beautiful and quiet area in Marbella center, either in a detached villa or a townhouse, allowing you to walk to all the places and with less than 700 m from the beach. There are areas such as Huerta Belon or La Merced that has these characteristics where we always see that the people who didn’t know it or had never visited it are surprised that there are chalets with gardens in the middle of the city, without noise.
Marbella stands out for having many charming places that are worth being known and visited, that are hidden in Marbella centre in its wonderful old town, or in the Golden Mile with its complex with tropical gardens, or in many other places that not everyone knows.
