Nevado Realty Marbella, excellence in Real Estate

Nevado Realty  has been nominated in four categories for the ‘Oscars’ of the real estate sector, promoted by the Real Estate Association of Spain (REAS).

Marbella will host the presentation ceremony for the prestigious awards for excellence in the real estate sector on the 5th of December. They recognise the work done in various sections of the property market involving the purchase, sale and renting of properties in Spain and different parts of Europe.

Of the more than 300 companies in REAS—all aspiring to achieve recognition at the ceremony—only a select number of professionals will take an award home. The selection criteria used to judge the finalists has been drawn up by a jury of distinguished figures from all sectors of the property world.

Nominations in four categories

This is the first time the awards ceremony has been held and Nevado Realty stands out with nominations in four categories:

-Best Agency of the Year.

-Selling Agency of the Year.

-The Most Outstanding Sale of the Year.

-The Best Career Path (the owner and director of Nevado Realty, Ginés García, has been nominated).
