New Marbella property developments

Marbella’s winning ways have landed it a substantial 60 million euro investment in a number of luxury developments. Once again, international property investors have displayed their confidence in the Marbella area from Cabopino to San Pedro Alcántara, and buyers will soon have a delightful choice of new build, exclusive properties ranging from stylish modern villas to beachside and frontline golf apartments.
The Golden Mile in Marbella has been a coveted and highly desirable address for decades and its allure has not declined. Now that the Marbella property market is experiencing a revival, developers are once again turning their attention to the tried and tested areas of the Costa del Sol, and the Golden Mile is at the top of the list. Just to give you a taste of what is about to become available: stunning contemporary villas are being built in the Altos de Puente Romano development. Each villa is of modern design and comes with the latest domotic technology.
Other new developments include luxury apartments on the Golden Mile, while another group is building 19 luxury villas in Nueva Andalucía. Investment from the United States is also producing a new luxury apartment project overlooking the golf course in the Cabopino area east of Marbella.
The east side of Marbella, around the golf courses of Elviria and Santa Clara, a number of new projects are promised for the near future. One such project involves a select number of unique designer villas that will offer buyers the same experience as if they were building the property themselves, but without the headache of having to manage the project. Investors have also announced an eight million euro investment development next to Cabopino golf course; another coup for the increasingly popular east Marbella area.
Add to this the modern developments by the beach in the up and coming San Pedro area as well as in the charming pueblo of Benahavis, and it becomes clear that Marbella is truly taking the high end of the market by storm and providing buyers with a selection of dream homes.
