Nevado realty´s properties on “A place in the Sun”

Nevado Realty Estate Agency has been selected to collaborate with the programme A place in the Sun broadcast on the British Station, Channel 4. The film crew visited two luxury properties in Marbella previously selected at Nevado Realty. The couple participating in the programme elected properties located on the Golden Mile of Marbella, a city which was attractive for them because of its lifestyle and fantastic weather.

First option: a two bedroom apartment

At the beginning of their journey, Shoba and Aziz, visited this apartment with two bedrooms located on the east side of Marbella, near golf courses and a few in a residential community with gardens and swimming pool. The English couple loved the natural light and the peaceful environment of this property.

Second option: Apartment in San Pedro Alcantara

On the second part of the trip, the film crew moved to the centre of San Pedro Alcántara. There they visited an apartment located in a sought after area. This is not a property that is available to purchase at Nevado Realty´s office today. However, there are other alternatives for those clients interested in a similar property.

A Place in the Sun programme, where Nevado Realty Estate Agency collaborated, was broadcast on 5 February 5 February on the British Station Channel. This TV Show has a large audience in the UK and shows its participants properties all over the world.
