Born in Marbella, I really love this beautiful city. With an experience of more than 18 years in the real estate field on the Costa del Sol, I run Nevado Realty and try to ensure the recognition and the well-known reputation that our real estate offers to our clients and collegues since it was founded in January 1994.

I have been living in Marbella since 1984 and I love this city. I am married and I have a beautiful daughter. I’m from Sanlucar de Barrameda (Cádiz), but I have been living in Marbella for over 20 years. With an extensive experience as an executive secretary, home decoration and styling adviser, I am currently responsible for the initial contact with owners and listing of new properties for Nevado Realty catalogue.

 

Inma Mariscal - Rental Department

I was born in Malaga years ago, but I have been living more than half of my life in Marbella. I am graduated in Psychology from the University of Malaga. My professional experience covers various sectors such as home decoration and styling, executive secretary, administration and tax adviser and now I am working in the real estate field. I have been working in this sector for 10 years. I am currently responsible of the Rental Department of Nevado Realty. My free time? It’s all for my beautiful daughter, who I adore.

 

Kira Sánchez - Secretary

Born in Marbella, I have lived all my life in this beautiful city, with the exception of the years that I attended Economics at the University of Málaga. My professional experience has always been developed in the Marbella Real Estate sector and since 2003 I am delighted to belong to Nevado Realty Team. When I am not working I dedicate all my time to the care of my two beautiful children.

 

Teresa Sánchez - Sales Department

Hi, I’m Teresa, happy to work and live in Marbella for the last 20 years. I studied at the School of Tourism (TEAT) in Málaga and a few years later “landed” here, place to which I feel very attached.

From the first day I have enjoyed my work in the real estate field. It’s my excuse for going out every day, enjoying our fine weather and having the chance to meet people that come here with the hope of settling in this beautiful place, it’s really satisfying to me, and an “endless learning curve”.

I am the mother of two great kids and love sharing time with them as much as I can, although I always find time to enjoy a good exercise class or spend time out with friends, especially when there is the opportunity of sharing good music.

Born in Italy, I moved to live in Marbella 8 years ago. I have studied English and Spanish at the oldest University in the world, in Bologna. I developed my professional experience in various marketing and communication departments in my hometown. Right now I’m enjoying my job as a secretary at Nevado Realty. I have been working here since 2008. In my free time I love to spend all day on the beach, of course in Marbella.

 

Yolanda Garaicoechea - Sales Department

I was born in San Sebastian, where I completed my studies in marketing techniques. I came to the Costa del Sol twenty years ago, and since 2000 I have been developing my career in the real estate sector in our beautiful Costa del Sol, where I hope to continue living and working for many years. Right now I'm part of Nevado Realty Sales Team.
